Campground Rules and Regulations

Smoking is allowed in Camp Nackte at the fire pit only.  Water filled containers will be provided for your finished cigarettes.  No smoking in the pool or inside any building.

Pets are allowed at Camp Nackte. We require that your pets be leashed at all times. Please clean up after them. You are responsible for any damages caused by your pets.  Pet's are not allowed in the pool, on the concrete around the pool, or in the kitchen/bar building.  

Nudity is allowed in designated spaces at Camp Nackte. Please do not be nude near Camp boundaries, or on the public road leading into camp.

Camp Nackte is a mixture of developed and undeveloped land, so please be aware that you will encounter insects and possibly small animals.  We do not permit glass bottles to leave the main areas. All glass bottles from camp sites must be thrown away upon departure.

There are garbage cans located throughout Camp Nackte. Please be considerate of your fellow campers and do not abuse these containers. Do not leave your trash around common areas.  

If you are experiencing any symptoms related to Covid 19 + please stay home.

Camp Nackte does not provide insurance coverage for guests, pets of guest, or the property of guest.

Fires are ONLY allowed in firepits, and designated burn zones. No bonfires are allowed. If fires are found outside of burn zones, you may lose access to Camp Nackte.

The pool is for use only by guests of Camp Nackte. No glass bottles are allowed near the pool and pets are not allowed in the water.

Cameras are not permitted on the property unless given permission from Management.  No one is permitted to record or capture anyone without consent. If non-consenting video is found, we will comply with Texas law. 

We are an active bee farm with hives scattered around the property. While we have a small first aid kit in the office, we are not equipped with additional epi-pens and other lifesaving equipment. We ask that if you have any allergies to anything in the wild, (bees, ants, hornets, spiders, grass, etc) you bring your appropriate treatment.

All guests must sign waivers. There are no exceptions to this rule. All guest must have at least a day pass to be on the property. Guests must be 18 years or older, no exceptions.  No one under 18 is permitted on the property.
