We will never sell your information.
Not your name, not your email, not your phone number, not the fact that you visited. We don't sell it, rent it, or trade it. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Ever.
At Camp Nackte you get to be exactly who you are, and who you are is nobody else's business.

What we collect
Only what we need to run camp, keep everyone safe, and stay in touch if you ask us to:
- Reservations: your name, email, phone, stay dates, site and party size, the names and phone numbers of the guests with you, and anything you tell us in your booking.
- Waivers: your name, email, phone, date of birth, visit date and signature. Your signed waiver is stored securely as a PDF.
- At check-in: vehicle details like your license plate, so we know who's on property.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Our email list: your email, your name if you give it, and where you signed up. Only if you opt in.
- Volunteer and shop forms: the details you enter, like your availability or the name you want engraved on your tumbler.
- Emails and messages you send us.
How we use it
- To confirm and manage your reservation, check you in, and send your receipts and confirmations.
- To keep camp safe: waivers, knowing who's on property in an emergency, and enforcing our community rules.
- To answer your questions and fulfill your shop orders.
- To send our newsletter and event news, but only if you opted in.
That's the whole list. We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't use your information for anything you wouldn't expect.
Who we share it with
Only the services that actually run camp, and only what each one needs to do its job:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Supabase securely stores our reservation, waiver and guest records.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Zeffy sells tickets for some events, when you buy through them.
We'll also share information if the law requires it. Other than that, it stays with us.
Photos & discretion
What happens at camp is yours. Our camp photo policy requires the consent of every identifiable person before a photo or video is taken, and photos are only allowed in designated areas. You'll find the full policy in our waiver.
Your email, your call
We only send our newsletter to people who asked for it. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. No questions, no guilt trip. You'll still get emails about your own reservations, waivers and orders, because you need those.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Just email admin@campnackte.com. Real people read that inbox. Some records, like signed waivers and payment records, we may need to keep for as long as the law or safety requires, and we'll tell you if that applies.
Keeping it safe
This website uses encrypted connections, and access to guest records is limited to the staff who need it to run camp, behind individual logins.
This website
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Your browser remembers whether you prefer night mode, and that's it. Some pages show content from other services, like our Instagram feed, videos and fonts. Those services may see your IP address when they load, under their own privacy policies.
Adults only
Camp Nackte and this website are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Questions?
If we ever change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. Questions about your privacy? Email admin@campnackte.com or call or text (830) 251-2547.
